Bukit Merah Central is getting more and more happening with more eateries gathering at the town. First is Pan Delights, follows by The Bakery Chef. Tonight, we were at Ice Cream Shack enjoying some waffles and ice creams.
There is a wide range of ice-cream flavours to choose form at the display counter. You can get to try the different flavours before deciding on your chase. Interesting flavours like Lychee Rose, Sarsi Float, Sea Salt Caramel is on the menu. Not forgetting the usual favourite flavours like Cookies N Cream, Chocolate, Mango and D24 Durian.
The Gelato Ice Cream is mentioned to be handmade, low fat and low sugar. So less guilt having more scoops of ice cream topped with waffles. The waffles are crispy. Real crispy. You cn hear the crispy-ness when you cut through the waffle.
We had the Cookies N cream and Hazelnut. Will be back for more!
